ENGLISH
- The scheme was launched on 15 September 2011 for school students. It is awarded to students studying in government and aided schools and colleges to acquire better skills.
- It is offered to students from class twelfth to bachelor degree including engineering and technical education students. ELCOT serves as the lead agency for the project. Apart from Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha are following suit.

- இத்திட்டம் பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்காக 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 15 அன்று அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. சிறந்த திறன்களைப் பெறுவதற்காக அரசு மற்றும் உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் கல்லூரிகளில் பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு இது வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
- பொறியியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வி பயிலும் மாணவர்கள் உள்பட பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்பிலிருந்து இளங்கலைப் பட்டப்படிப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு இது வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
- இத்திட்டத்திற்கு எல்காட் (ELCOT) பொறுப்பு நிறுவனமாக செயல்படுகிறது. தமிழ்நாட்டைத் தவிர குஜராத், உத்தரப் பிரதேசம் மற்றும் ஒடிசா ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் இதைப் பின்பற்றுகின்றன.
